At PANTANAL your complete satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn't exactly what you hoped for, we're here to make it right. 

Return Window

Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, giving you ample time to decide if they're perfect for you.

Personalised Items

Our Personalisation Promise lets you exchange any personalised piece within 30 days of delivery. You'll receive store credit to reorder something that's just right. Please note: each personalised item is eligible for one exchange per original order, and items purchased using Personalisation Promise credit cannot be exchanged again.

Important Guidelines

Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition with all packaging intact. Advent Calendars are final sale and cannot be returned. Earrings may be returned if unworn and in original packaging, limited to 1 pair per customer within any 30 days period. Gift packaging is non-refundable. For promotional combined purchases: both items must be returned for a refund, though single-item exchanges are permitted by returning only the item being exchanged

Processing Times

Returns are processed within five business days of arrival at our warehouse. Please allow a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Quality Assurance

We may occasionally request the return of faulty items (at our expense within the UK) to help us inspect issues and continuously improve our products.
