1-Year Jewellery Warranty Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. All jewellery items purchased from us are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises within one year of the purchase date, we will repair the item or replace it with the same or a similar item at our discretion.

Examples of covered issues may include:

  • Faulty clasps or closures
  • Loose stones due to manufacturing defects
  • Structural defects in metal components

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches)
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care
  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or water damage
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by third parties

Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and defect

Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the item for inspection.

Repair or Replacement
If the item qualifies under warranty, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If the exact item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us for inspection. If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you.

Additional Information
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
